Situated in the Hamlet of Les Blancs within the Parc Naturel Regional du Perigord-Limousin, approximately 4 kms south-west of the nearest market town, Piegut Pluviers and about 8 kms from the large town of Nontron to the south. The location is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty and enjoys complete tranquility. Set in grounds of about 5 acres is the 3 acre Lake which offers superb fishing.

Booking Conditions
1. Bookings are taken on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. In low season other breaks may be available on application.
2. A non refundable deposit of 25% of the weekly rate per property per week is required unless the booking is made within 8 weeks of commencement when the full price is payable. The deposit is accepted as part payment towards the cost of your holiday.
3. The balance (after payment of deposit) must be paid 8 weeks before commencement; otherwise the property may be re-let. A security deposit of 400 Euros is payable with the balance. This will be returned within 14 days from the end of the holiday less any amounts due for damaged or soiled items, or any other reason.
4. A provisional booking will lapse if we do not receive completed booking form and payment within 7 days after it is made.
5. If you need to cancel your confirmed booking then you must notify us in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply: More than six weeks, deposit only. Less than six weeks, 100% of the total cost. It is recommended you take out holiday insurance to cover any losses.
6. All passport, visa and health certificate requirements are your responsibility.
7. We will not be liable for loss or delay caused by any of the following: Strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war, or threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical/weather problems to transport, closure of ports or any other events beyond our control.
8. Accommodation is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
9. Accommodation must be left clean and tidy, as you would wish to find it, otherwise a charge will be made for cleaning.
10. Breakages should not be replaced but should be reported and paid for as we have to provide matching sets of crockery, glasses etc.
11. Use of the accommodation and facilities are at the guests’ own risk. Guests are required to take out personal holiday insurance. Guests must ensure that all children in their party are supervised at all times – this is of course especially relevant to the lakeside area.
12. Hire of Fishing Tackle will be at guests own risk.
13. Smoking is not permitted in the buildings.

How to Book
We aim to keep things as informal as possible, but there have to be a few ground rules for everyone’s sake. Please read through the Booking Conditions so that you know what they say. Basically they cover how and when we expect to be paid, and ask you to enjoy your holiday, but with consideration for others and for the property itself. For our part, this is our livelihood and we would like everything to be as you would expect to find it, and we would like you to come back for future holidays.
Please check the Prices and Availability chart for the property and weeks you are interested in. If the weeks you would like are already booked, we are sorry for that. Other dates should be free subject to provisional bookings. Please telephone or email us as a final confirmation of availability and to say whether you would like to make a provisional booking.
If the provisional booking can be accepted, please print off the Booking Form and complete it and send it to us with your cheque to reach us within seven days. Please use the correct postage as otherwise letters will be delayed. Please email us to say when they are in the post. The cheque is for 25% of the total cost if the start date is more than eight weeks away, otherwise the total cost plus 400 Euros security deposit. If a deposit is paid the remaining 75% and the security deposit is payable eight weeks before the start date. The booking will be binding when we send you written confirmation after receipt of your Booking Form and cheque.

Fishing Packages
We have a three acre lake for fishing, and the lake is stocked with Carp, Tench, Bream, Roach and Perch. We offer exclusive fishing for our guests and can facilitate up to 6 anglers, in dedicated swims. Anglers should only use barbless hooks and keepnets are not permitted. Fish mats are to be used to protect our fish. Tackle hire packages can be provided. A Carte de Peche (Fishing License) will be required, special 2- week holiday licenses are available in the locally (Cost 30 Euros). Guests are required to read the rules of the fishing contained in the information. This is to make your fishing more enjoyable and to protect our fish!

Bait Shop
We stock a selection of Bait on site, including sweetcorn, hemp, Boilies, Tigernuts, Pellets, Pop-ups and Paste mix, or you can pre-order Bait Packs for 75 Euros, which would include; 5kg-Boillies 5kg- Pellet plus a pack of Pop-ups, Bait Dip and Paste. Maggots, Pinkies, worms available at Local Tackle shop or can be pre ordered.

How to get here
There are nearby airports at Limoges, Bergerac and Bordeaux. Limoges has flights with RyanAir and Flybe from East Midlands, Stansted, Newcastle, Liverpool and Southampton airports daily. Bergerac has flights with Ryan Air and Flybe from Gatwick and Stansted. And Bordeaux has flights with EasyJet and British Airways from Gatwick, Luton and Bristol. Hire car facilities available at all airports. Travel time from Limoges (45 mins), Bergerac (1 hr 30), Bordeaux (2 hrs). We can arrange a pick up and drop off service from Limoges airport only.
